How to plant

Sowing
From mid-February to early July directly on the spot. Only lightly cover seeds. Sowing depth about 0.5-1 cm. 

Germination
Depending on the temperature, carrots germinate somewhat unevenly after about 1-2 weeks. Always keep the seedbed moist for germination.

Bloom / Harvest
Harvest approx. 14-18 weeks after sowing. Only use undamaged carrots for storage. Also very suitable for freezing.

Location
Sunny. Deeply loosened, humus-rich soil, preferably sandy. Use fertilizers containing magnesium, no stable manure and lime. Avoid over-fertilization.

Interval
